Camp Dagget Fall Festival
The Fall Festival is back at beautiful Camp Daggett on Walloon Lake, Sunday, October 8 from noon to 5:00 p.m. Fall is the perfect time to visit Camp Daggett. The fall colors surrounding Walloon Lake are beautiful, and families can enjoy outdoor activities then return to the main lodge to warm up by the fireplace. Open to the public, this event offers new visitors a chance to see the Camp in its fall glory, and former campers a chance to share their stories.

This same weekend, and for the 7th year in a row, Grandpa Shorter’s Gifts will hold a proceeds day to help local families send their children to summer camp at Camp Daggett. On Saturday, October 7, 20% of the day’s sales will go to the C.G. and Ruth Shorter Memorial Scholarship Fund! Support Grandpa Shorter’s and Camp Daggett on Saturday, October 7, in downtown Petoskey.
