    Event Description:
    The Little Traverse Youth Choir invites you to a benefit concert where they will share selections from "Our Americana", a program developed for the "American Celebration of Music in Scotland" in Edinburgh and Glasgow, Scotland. The Choir has also been invited to participate in the prestigious Dublin Choral Festival. The Choir, under the direction of Mr. Kevin Wells and accompanists, Amy Rhudy and Ruth Wilkey, consists of talented singers, ages 13-19 from across Northern Michigan. Tickets are $10 with an opportunity for additional free-will donations. The Choir will travel to Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scotland from June 12- 21.

    An invitational exhibition, “Here and There” considers themes of place in time through three unique bodies of photographic work. Cameras have long been used to capture and preserve the world around us; the artists included in this exhibition photograph their surroundings in order to tell unique, personal, and unexpected narratives. Topics such as privacy, technology, beauty, and the environment are explored in this exhibition through images of varied landscapes.

    CTAC will present the 2019 Juried Photography Exhibition, January 19 though March 30, 2019. Juried by John Fergus-Jean, the call was open to all residents of Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin, and Crooked Tree Arts Center members, regardless of residency.
