Name: Oleson's Dollar Drive for Safe Home
    Date: November 13, 2018
    Time: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST
    Event Description:
Oleson’s Food Stores in Petoskey and Charlevoix are hosting a Dollar Drive to support domestic abuse survivors and their children staying at the Women’s Resource Center of Northern Michigan’s Safe Home. The “Dollar Drive” takes place Sunday, November 11 through Thanksgiving Day. Dollars raised help purchase much needed perishable items used on a daily basis such as milk, bread and eggs.

WRCNM staffs and operates the Safe Home 24-hours a day, 365 days a week.  Last year, the Safe Home provided survivors and their children with 1,952 nights of shelter, more than 5,800 meals and all their daily needs.

The Dollar Drive is taking place at the Petoskey Oleson’s Food Store, 2000 US-31 North, and in Charlevoix at 112 Antrim Street. The Safe Home Needs List is available online at www.wrcnm.org.
