Thrive 45 Cultivate: Intentional Leadership Workshop
Event Sponsors
Thrive45° presents a new workshop for young professionals focused on Intentional Leadership. Improving your leadership skills all starts with a shift in mindset and examining how you work with those around you. Approaching various professional (and personal) situations tactfully is a skill that can be honed with practice and intent. If you’ve ever wanted to become more empathetic, improve your soft skills, had to have a tough conversation with a coworker (or want to avoid an uncomfortable conversation in the future), then we invite you to Cultivate: Intentional Leadership.
Join us for a deep dive with three fantastic leaders who will give you strategies, methods, and tools you need to become an intentional leader. You’ll be able to take the skills you learn in the morning and put them into practice by lunchtime, the very same day.
Featuring:- Carlin Smith, Petoskey Regional Chamber of Commerce- "Working with Purpose"
- Shiloh Slomsky, LTBB of Odawa Indians - "Emotional Intelligence"
- Brian Wagner, DEPTH Speaking - "How to Have Difficult Conversations"
