Using Culinary and Nutritive Herbs for Better Health & Nutrition
Many familiar cooking herbs enhance digestion, have health supporting properties and add micro-nutrients to our diets. Learn about nutrient-rich herbs you can grow, gather and prepare. We will also learn how to preserve herbs in vinegar as a tincture or dried for later use as a tea or infusion. If you are curious about an herb in your yard, bring a sample to identify.
