Segments include:\n\n Brilliant Communications\n The role empathy plays in serving your guests\n Listening skills\n Handling Stress on the Job\n Handling Guests' Complaints\n And the Fundamentals of a smile\, handshake\, and good old-fashioned manners\n\n \n\nEmpower your staff to be the difference for your customers' experiences by sending them to this low-cost training session.\n\n \n\nThe cost is just $25/person and light refreshments will be provided.\n\n \n\nThe session will also take place on June 6 at the Village of Bay Harbor Conference Center should you wish to send some staff to one session\, and the rest of your staff to the other.\n\n\n\nPre-registration is required and should include the names\, with correct spelling\, of your staff members who will be attending the program.
