We are looking to build an all-star seasonal culinary team in northern Michigan.
These positions contribute to the success of the Club by performing the following duties:
**Prepare all menu items with an emphasis on quality, appearance, speed, portioning, and food safety. **Ensure that the kitchen area, walk-in cooler, storage area, prep area, and freezer are clean, sanitary, and well organized.
AM & PM positions available.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
Line cooks need at least 1-2 years cooking experience.
Prep cooks can be trained if no prior experience.
