    As a Snowsports Desk Attendant you are responsible for analyzing the guests needs in person or over the telephone while taking reservations for the proper lesson package to meet their needs.


    The SnowSports Desk Attendant's typical job functions include:

    • Assisting guests with ski or snowboard lesson reservations
    • Completing express ski rentals including selecting skis, boots, poles and completing necessary rental paperwork
    • Running point of sale and reservation software
    • Answering resort based questions regarding restaurants, available activities and other inquires
    • Working in a fast pace environment at times and the ability to multi-task


    This position may be for you if:

    • You are at least 18 years old
    • You have achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
    • You are available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
    • You enjoy a customer service position interacting with guests and working with team members
    • You have knowledge of skiing and or snowboarding is very helpful but not required
    • You have computer skills, prior cash handling experience and strong interpersonal skills
