    Job Description
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Follows procedure for changing kegs, updating inventory list & updating menus
    • Help bartenders with prep and stock; cutting fresh fruit, making and filling juices, syrups and mixes
    • Ability to fill ice bins continuously and keep full throughout shift
    • Consistently keep up with bar-ware stock and keep up with cleaning glassware 
    • Ability to Stock Beer, Wine, and Liquor and making stock lists
    • Appropriately communicating guests’ needs to bartenders and management
    • Clear dirty plates/glasses from bar guests
    • Advise supervisor of any complaints as soon as possible
    • Help with closing procedures of the bar
    • Assist with deep cleaning and routine maintenance of bar equipment
    • Other duties as requested by management
    Skills
    • Able to utilize resources to troubleshoot equipment or product issues
    • Able to discuss specific & unique characteristics of menu items
    • Stays well organized
    • Good Communication Skills
    • Ability to work quickly and efficiently 
    • Ability to stay busy during non-rush times and stay motivated
    Physical Demands
     
    While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit or crouch for extended periods of time and regularly required to walk.  Employee regularly uses hands and fingers to touch, feel, handle. Employee regularly stoops, lifts, kneels, bend at the waist, and reaches.   Employee is frequently required to speak and hear.  Must be able to lift heavy objects on occasion.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
