    Job Description
    Reports to: Chef, General Manager, On Duty FOH Manager
     
    Summary of Position: Assist, enable, enforce and oversight the kitchen staff! Ensure all standards of procedures, handbook policies, duties, responsibilities and qualifications are met if not exceeded. Perform any tasks as directed by your immediate supervisor.
     
    Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and maintain all prep items
    • Ensure proper cleanliness, sanitation and organization of work space, and equipment
    • Consistently execute proper preparation and presentation of menu items
    • Follow special instructions from service staff, and expedite when necessary
    • Label and store food properly
    • Check all Stations on line and Stock and maintain
    • Communicate any supply shortages or depleted products
    • Execute all tasks within compliance of the standard operating procedures
    • Adhere to work schedule and communicate any foreseeable issues.
    • Communicate any equipment maintenance issues to immediate manager
    • Communicate any issues that may impact your work to your immediate manager• Train subordinate employees to meet and exceed the required standards of their specific job
    • Other tasks as requested by supervisor
