Credit union honored as offering one of 2018’s top loan processes
MemberXP, a member experience measurement platform for high-performing credit unions, has designated 4Front Credit Union as one of 2019’s “best of the best” credit unions.
The recognition is earned by consistently providing exceptional levels of service throughout the year. Less than one in five of the leading credit unions that utilize MemberXP’s service evaluation platform receive the award, which is independently granted by MemberXP based on specific criteria including member service and ease of use. In this circumstance, 4Front received elevated ratings for the ease and convenience of its lending process. The institution also scored exceedingly high when survey recipients were asked how likely they were to recommend 4Front to others.
MemberXP serves approximately 100 of North America’s high-performing, member-focused credit unions and allows credit union members to provide immediate feedback on the services they receive. MemberXP uses independently administered surveys to gauge the overall member experience across multiple channels and service opportunities such as getting a loan or opening a new account.
