DESCRIPTION:We start off the New Year with a housing discussion with Emily Boehm of Northwest Michigan Habitat for Humanity\, Heidi Shearer of Pine Pond Homes and Sarah Ford of Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation. This is a great opportunity to learn about homes that are currently available in our area in two developments\, steps to purchasing them and other housing that is under development.\n\n\n\nIt takes place in the Library Conference Room at North Central Michigan College. Registration and networking take place from 11:30 a.m. to noon. The buffet lunch will be available at 11:45 a.m. The program will begin at noon and the event will conclude at 1:00 p.m.  Lunch will be: Roasted Butternut Squash Soup\, Winter Salad (Greens\, Grilled Chicken\, Feta Cheese\, pecans\, Dried Cherries)\, Dinner Roll and Dessert.\n\n\n\nCost is $35 for CWIB members and $45 for all others. PLEASE NOTE - Registration closes Tuesday\, January 21 at 5pm. Any cancellations or no-shows after this time will be charged. \n\n\n\nPLEASE ALSO NOTE - in order to receive the $35 lunch cost\, you need to be a member of CWIB.  Membership is from January 2025-December 2025. It will include 8 luncheon events (does not apply to the April 23 Go Grants Fundraising luncheon.) Individual membership is $25 and corporate is $125 and includes 10 staff. You can download the form here or you can pay online when you register for the event.\n\n\n\nBe a Sponsor of this program.
