DESCRIPTION:November is Native American Heritage Month   we are hosting a panel discussion with Women Leaders of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians. We are so pleased to be joined by Chairperson Regina Gasco\, Health Director Jody Werner and Department of Commerce Director Hayden Hooper.\n\nThis is a special and unique opportunity to learn more about the work of the tribe in our area and learn more about its impact on our area.  \n\n\n\nRegistration and networking take place from 11:30am to noon. The buffet lunch will be available at 11:45am. The program will begin at noon with the panel discussion starting around 12:20pm. and the event will conclude at 1pm.\n\n\n\nThe buffet lunch will include: Quinoa cucumber feta mint salad\, mixed green salad\, beef tips with wild mushroom ragu\, chicken pot pie and broccolini. Dessert will be turtle brownie.\n\nCost is $35 for CWIB members and $40 for all others. Registration closes  Wednesday\, November 22 at noon. Any cancellations or no-shows after this time will be charged. \n\n\n\nOur Marquee sponsors for this season is PNC Bank\, and our exclusive radio sponsor is Lite 96.3.\n\n\n\nPlease note there is a separate membership for CWIB which runs from Oct. 2023 to Sept. 2024.
