DESCRIPTION:The September 23\, Connecting Women in Business Luncheon features the Health Department of Northwest Michigan and their Engaging Wellness Initiative.\n\nThis innovative initiative focuses on three core areas:\n\n\n	Energize Your Body   through movement\, nutrition\, and stillness practices that support physical and emotional well-being.\n	Empower Your Mind   by promoting personal growth and awareness\, offering tools for financial wellness and budgeting\, and encouraging practical self-care habits.\n	Strengthen Your Connections   by building strong relationships\, cultivating a sense of purpose\, and fostering a healthy\, positive mindset.\n\n\nWe will be joined by Kirstyn Horan\, Community Health Coordinator\, and Judi Marlin\, Nutritionist\, for an engaging and informative discussion. Come learn about a community hub of wellness resources and creative ways to enhance personal and community health.\n\nThis takes place at Room 94 Taps & Bourbon located inside of Odawa Casino. Cost is $35 for CWIB members and $45 for all others. PLEASE NOTE - Registration closes Friday\, September 19 at noon.
