One of the primary reasons is that new workers coming to our communities have no place to live and current workers are unable to stay. Housing shortages exist at all price points and have reached a CRISIS in Emmet County.\n\n\n\nIn this Town Hall style event in collaboration with the Little Traverse Bay Housing Partnership and Housing North\, you will learn about the total estimated housing demand\, challenges facing our area and opportunities for housing solutions\, as well as current projects in our area to help offset demand.\n\nA panel of speakers deeply involved in the Housing Crisis will answer questions and provide updates and information. \n\n\n\nThis event is free to attend and sponsored by DTE Energy.
