DESCRIPTION:Small Steps for Big Change \n\nA Thriving Petoskey event Thursday September 28 and October 5\, 4-5:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.\n\n\n\nJoin us for a two-part discussion panel to hear what local businesses are doing to maintain a thriving business. Focuses will be on employees\, environment\, and the community. Businesses from different sectors will share what steps\, both big and small\, they take to keep their business moving in a thriving and sustainable way. The discussion will be held at Country Club of Boyne and moderated by Petoskey Chamber President Nikki Devitt.\n\n\n\n$25 for one date of $40 for both \n\n\n\nWe are thrilled to welcome the following panelists on September 28 with the topic of employees and community: \n\n	Jenna Lindenberg\, human resources manager-Drost Landscaping \n	Brian Bates\, owner-Bear Creek Organic Farm \n	Bob Struthers\, general manager-The Grain Train Natural Food Co-op \n\n \n\nOn October 5 the topic will be the environment as it applies to business\, and the panelists include: \n\n\n	Cherell Granger\, development & communications coordinator-Manna Food Project \n	Mari Kissinger\, director of skier services and sustainability-The Highlands at Harbor Springs \n	Caroline Barlow\, artistic director-Blissfest Music Organization \n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSpecial thanks to Bearcub Outfitters and  The Highlands at Harbor Springs for sponsoring this event. \n\n \n\nMore sponsorship opportunities are available.
