DESCRIPTION:Join the Petoskey Chamber and Sue Barenholtz of Generations Communicate for this Managing Employee Engagement in a Hybrid Environment workshop.\nA hybrid workplace requires a new model of doing business. Although we have been in a constant state of change\, business is still run by people. In order to succeed you must improve the workforce culture. It is increasingly important that employees feel connected\, engaged\, and empowered and have access to the tools they need to be productive from any device or location.\n\n \n\nTransforming a workplace into a hybrid model is not as simple as writing a new set of rules and procedures. It is making sure your employees have everything they need to be productive and includes continual growth and development. Leadership alignment and a culture where employees feel comfortable sharing their thoughts\, ideas and concerns is necessary.\n\n \n\n \n\nLearning Objectives:\n\n\n How to create a more human-centric culture\n The difference between the employee experience and employee engagement\n Recent research results about how organizations can retool\n Barriers and initiatives to improve the employee experience \n\n\nShe calls herself a comprehensivist because she knows a lot about business and people. She started her first training and consulting business almost 40 years ago in Detroit and continued when she moved to Arizona in 1998. She specializes in Talent Development\, Management and Instructional Design\, Change Management\, Business Coaching and Consulting\, Process Improvement\, Recruiting\, Onboarding\, Nonprofit Management and Leadership and Project and Event Management. \n\n \n\n \n\nIn 2017 she opened Generations Communicate\, helping her clients bridge the generation gap to create a dynamic workforce. She has been on the board of ATD (Association for Talent Development) in two states and at the National level and is a past president of the Detroit Chapter.
