DESCRIPTION:Registration is now open for our next Winfluence Keynote event in partnership with the Odawa Casino.\n\nWe are thrilled to welcome Graci Harkema on September 29\, to Ovation Hall in the Odawa Casino.\n\nGraci Harkema is an international\, inspirational public speaker and best-selling author of her memoir\, Rising: From a Mud Hut to the Boardroom and Back Again. Her work with Fortune 500 companies to small businesses inspires all to rise through adversity\, live authentically\, and foster belonging.  \n\nShe will be presenting "Rising through Adversity: Living & Leading Authentically in times of Change\, Challenge\, and Uncertainty" keynote from 3:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. \n\nCost is $45 person.\n\nAfter the keynote\, there will be a special VIP reception with Graci (limited to 100 attendees) from 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. There will be a Q&A session and opportunity to interact with Graci. Light appetizers will be provided\, and a cash bar will be available. Cost is $75 and includes keynote.\n\nGraci Harkema's life experiences born amidst civil unrest\, in a mud hut in the Congo\, to becoming a business leader in boardrooms\, Graci has learned to rise time and time again. Collectively and individually\, we have endured times of adversity and uncertainty. In this keynote\, participants will learn tangible tools to stay true to your power and purpose through change and challenges. Participants will create and share action steps to rise through change\, challenge\, and uncertainty\, while fostering authenticity\, belonging\, and mental wellbeing within ourselves and in the world around us.\n\n\n\nKey Objectives:\n\n  Rising in Personal Empowerment & Purpose: Participants will assess stress\, burnout\, and fatigue by sharing the power of our worth\, voices and actions by tapping into our skills\, inner strength\, and self-care to rise through adversity and uncertainty.\n\n  Rising in Wellbeing & Psychological Safety: Participants will assess and gain skills in meeting people where they are and establish healthy boundaries through teamwork\, effective communication\, and collaboration.\n\n  Rising in Authenticity & Belonging: Leverage tools for authenticity and belonging within ourselves and the way we live and lead.\n\n\n\nSponsorships are available!
