More than 300 new housing units have recently been completed in the Petoskey area, significant progress resulting from years of planning, investment and collaboration. The rapid occupancy of these homes demonstrates both the importance of what has been accomplished and the continued strength of local housing demand.

Join the Petoskey Regional Chamber of Commerce for a community conversation examining what local data tells us about the need that remains, how Michigan’s Statewide Housing Plan 2.0 could shape future solutions, and what Petoskey’s zoning work may mean for local housing opportunities.
