Join Deacon Paul of St. Francis Xavier Parish for the Rosary at the historic St. Francis Solanus Indian Mission Church every Wednesday at 6:00 PM throughout the summer (until Labor Day). All are welcome.
Built in 1859 at the request of Bishop Frederic Baraga (the "Snowshoe Priest"), this beautiful mission is the oldest building in Petoskey and is listed on both the State and National Registry of Historical Places.
Please Note: The surrounding grounds have been utilized by the Odawa as a burial site for their ancestors. We kindly ask all visitors to be deeply respectful of the small cemetery surrounding the church.
