Revving Up Your Resiliency
Join us on May 28 at 1pm with Jackie Krawczak and learn ways to grow your resiliency. Why do some people seem to quickly bounce back after a difficult experience while others struggle? Why do some people take longer and may even seem stuck while others bounce back in such a way it is as if they were propelled forward by the experience? Resilience is important to a fulfilling, productive and happy life. We all face challenges throughout our lives and how we respond is important to our future success. We each have different natural levels of resilience. The good news is that our resilience is something we can improve. Participants in this event will learn techniques to become more resilient which then has a positive impact on personal happiness, productivity, career success, and relationships.
