Thriving Petoskey Workshop: The Four Drivers of Workplace Culture
Are you struggling to hire and retain the right people? Are you trying to build a quality company? A key component to a quality company is quality people, and a key component to retaining quality people is having the right company culture. The best workplace cultures have employees who are engaged and valued in four critical areas:
- Meaning: What you are working on matters
- Care: The company cares about you as a person
- Growth: You are becoming what you aspire to be
- Say: Your voice matters in the workplace
In this workshop, you will learn, share best practices, and be a part of conversations that will allow you to go back to your organization with tangible changes you can implement in these four areas of corporate culture enhancement.
Presenter: The presenter and facilitator of this workshop is Nathan Havey of Denver, Colorado. Nathan is chair of the advisory board for Conscious Company Media, is the host of Sum and Substance—a national storytelling event about purpose at work, and he is the Founding Partner of Thrive Consulting Group. He helps leadership teams across the country learn to fine tune their cultures for substantially improved performance across a wide range of metrics.
