Join the Petoskey Chamber for a Winfluence: Mental Health Series May 12th, 11 a.m.-noon. We welcome Julia Kyle, LMSW, MBA, Director, Behavioral Health Strategy and Planning BCBSM/BCN to present How to talk about Mental Health in the Workplace; Removing the stigma of mental health and wellbeing.
We know stigma creates a barrier regarding mental health issues. This program will provide insight to reduce these barriers to create better mental health for everyone. Join us to learn more.
As the Director of Behavioral Health Strategy & Planning at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan, Julia Kyle is responsible for designing and implementing the enterprise-wide behavioral health strategy, which aims to ensure all members have access to best-in-class, whole person care for mental health and substance use disorders.
Prior to her role at BCBSM, Julia worked as a therapist specializing in integrated care, bipolar and personality disorders, before holding leadership roles at Trinity Health, the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network, and Michigan Medicine. She has a passion for individuals and families impacted by mental illness and substance use disorders and the development of programs and policies that promote inclusion and recovery.
