Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? Operate CNC equipment as necessary to produce the required number of conforming parts in a timely manner
according to process documentation. This will include operating multiple pieces of CNC equipment
simultaneously.
? The ability to correctly setup jobs in assigned equipment in a timely manner is a plus, but not required.
? Perform first piece, in-process and last piece inspection using micrometers, calipers, comparators, various gauges
and CMM equipment according to process documentation.
? Perform data collection and communication tasks as directed in our eOVL.
? Perform operator maintenance (TPM).
? Diagnose and correct equipment or tool issues.
? Perform deburr or rework of work in-process.
? Make recommendations to optimize and improve assigned processes.
? Maintain workstation to 5S standards.
? Perform all work according to Company safety standards.

Requirements
? Ability to use common measuring equipment, optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
? Collaboration and communication skills related to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
? Experience with reading blueprints to GD&T standards.
? Basic computer skills.
? Ability to perform basic shop math functions.
? Ability to read and write.
? Eligibility to work with sensitive controlled data and materials according to customer policies and practices.
? Must be able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds. Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
? Must be able to stand for long periods of time in manufacturing environment. Twist, kneel, bend.
