Bay North Realty is a boutique real estate agency located in downtown Petoskey. Our award-winning professional team grew up in Northern Michigan and returned to raise their family. We have extensive business, financial and marketing experience, not to mention nearly a decade in the real estate industry. Bay North Realty gives a percentage of every sale to the Petoskey-Harbor Spring Area Community Foundation and creates comprehensive, targeted marketing campaigns for each of our clients.
