North Country Community Mental Health (NCCMH) provides services to persons with severe mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, and intellectual or developmental disabilities, as well as those with co-occurring substance use disorders, that are designed to increase independence, improve quality of life, and support community integration and inclusion.
