Winfluence - Managing Employee Engagement in a Hybrid Environment
Join the Petoskey Chamber and Sue Barenholtz of Generations Communicate for this Managing Employee Engagement in a Hybrid Environment workshop.
A hybrid workplace requires a new model of doing business. Although we have been in a constant state of change, business is still run by people. In order to succeed you must improve the workforce culture. It is increasingly important that employees feel connected, engaged, and empowered and have access to the tools they need to be productive from any device or location.
Transforming a workplace into a hybrid model is not as simple as writing a new set of rules and procedures. It is making sure your employees have everything they need to be productive and includes continual growth and development. Leadership alignment and a culture where employees feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, ideas and concerns is necessary.
