Chefs Across the Great Lakes is about collaboration, sharing of culinary styles and building good will and lasting friendships between Canada and The United States. Chef D.J. Flynn of Stafford’s Hospitality, Inc. and Chef Guy Bedard of Killarney Mt. Lodge have created a menu featuring asparagus bisque, great lakes trout gravlax, cracklin’ cornish hen and a very special creme brulee. Price is $65.00 per person; wine paring extra.
