Rep. Lee Chatfield of Levering is Emmet County’s first Speaker of the House which is a distinct honor for all of us. The Government Relations Committee of the Petoskey Regional and Charlevoix Area Chambers of Commerce will host a special luncheon to honor the new speaker on Fri. Jan. 25th. The event is sponsored by DTE. The event is only $20 to attend which includes lunch, and some comments from Speaker Chatfield. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. on Fri. Jan. 25th and the event should conclude by 1:00.
Lucnh will be Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad with a beverage. If you need a vegitarian option, please indicate on your regisration.
You must register in advance for this event. There are no tickets available at the door. Registration closes on 1/21/18 at 5:00 p.m. Any cancellations after 1/22 will be non-refundable.

This exhibition showcases fresh new works created by the CTAC Painters' Studio (formerly Kitchen Painters). The CTAC Painters' Studio is a group of artists of all levels who meet weekly for open studio time at CTAC-Petoskey. All media are welcome: watercolor, acrylics, oil, pastel, pencil, ink, etc. The common thread is the desire to develop artistic skills and share experiences with others.

The annual small works showcase is juried exhibition opportunity open to AIS members. The goal is to showcase the finest examples of impressionism produced by today’s American Impressionist artists. Eligible works must be 200 square inches and under.
