Jazz Combo & Rock Jam Live Bands! BWCA Student Showcase 2026

Join Big Water Creative Arts for the 2026 Student Showcase on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Crooked Tree Arts Center, 461 E. Mitchell St., Petoskey. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Featuring performances by BWCA’s Jazz Combo Band and Rock Jam students from northern Michigan, this inspiring event celebrates creativity, collaboration, and the impact of music education in our community. Programs are led by local professional musicians and instructors Owen James and Chris Michels, who mentor students in musical development, teamwork, confidence, and live performance experience.

Come support the next generation of local musicians and enjoy an evening of live music and community celebration.
