CWIB Luncheon January 27, 2026

Join us for an insightful Connecting Women in Business luncheon on Tuesday, June 27, at North Central Michigan College Library Conference Room. Our theme is '2026 Refresh: Your Space for Success.”

We all know that a cluttered desk or a chaotic home isn't just a physical eyesore—it’s a mental weight that holds us back from our best work and our best selves. Think about that one kitchen junk drawer, your closet overwhelmed with clothing or your "doom room" – the one place everything goes to die?

To help us lighten that load, we have experts Wendy Nellett of Harbor Shores Cleaning Company, Michelle Powell of Spruce Organizing and Kalin Sheick of Sweetwater Floral. Learn about psychological barriers to letting go and tips for decluttering, organizing, cleaning and more to make kick off your amazing 2026.

Cost is $35 for CWIB members and $45 for all others. PLEASE NOTE - Registration closes Thursday, January 22 at 5:00 p.m. Any cancellations or no-shows after this time will be charged.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE - in order to receive the $35 lunch cost, you need to be a member of CWIB. Membership is January 2026 to December 2026. It will include 8 luncheon events (does not apply to the April 28 Go Grants Fundraising luncheon.) Individual membership is $25 and corporate is $125 and includes 10 staff. You can download the form here or you can pay online when you register for the event.

Lunch buffet will include: Roasted Chicken with creamy mushroom sauce, roasted potatoes, vegetable medley, house salad and dinner roll.

Be a Sponsor of this program. Cost is $200 and includes a covered table for display of your information and/or products, the ability to place your information/promotional items at tables at the event, admission and lunch for one person (additional at $35 each), recognition as a sponsor in pre-event publicity (weekly chamber e-mail’s and press releases and facebook) and verbal recognition at the event, microphone time and more.
