CWIB Luncheon October 22, 2024 - Women's Business Showcase

The Connecting Women in Business October 22, Women's Small Business Showcase will feature up to 30 women owned or women led businesses. Businesses will be selling their products or creations, so you can start your holiday shopping early and support local and woman owned businesses. The list of businesses and organizations will be announced soon. if you know of someone that might have interest in being part of this, you can download the form here.

The showcase will be at Grand Unity Event Center, 1106 Charlevoix Avenue, Tuesday, October 22 from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. There will be an amazing buffet lunch from Sweetwater Catering (see menu on event registration page). Grab lunch when you want and then spend time visiting the businesses and shopping. This event is open to the public.

Cost is $35 for CWIB members and $45 for all others. Registration closes Thursday, October 17 at 5pm. Any cancellations or no-shows after this time will be charged. 

Here is the amazing lunch from Sweetwater Catering:

• Garden Salad with artichokes, red onion, Greek olives, cucumbers, roasted peppers and tomatoes with balsamic herb vinaigrette.
• Chicken breast sauteed with Parmesan basil cream sauce.
• Northwoods rice medley pilaf.
• Char-grilled garden vegetable ratatouille with pita wedges, EVOO and fresh herbs.
• Dessert: Assorted Truffles from Kilwin's Chocolate Kitchen.
