Each course highlights the depth and elegance of the estate’s portfolio — from vibrant whites to layered, age-worthy reds — guided by Brand Ambassador Christel Gaillard, whose global wine expertise brings the story of the wines to life.

Quinta do Paral is a historic Alentejo estate revitalized by German entrepreneur Dieter Morszeck, who transformed a once-forgotten quinta into an award-winning winery with the help of leading Portuguese architects and winemaker Luís Morgado Leão. The estate blends heritage and innovation, reflected in its revived historic crest, old-vine vineyards and a strong commitment to sustainability — practicing irrigation-free viticulture, regenerative farming and solar-powered energy, while honoring local craftsmanship and seasonal cuisine throughout the property.
