Posted: 01/11/2026Join our Bay Bluffs Team
At Bay Bluffs - Emmet County Medical Care Facility, we take pride in providing exceptional care with compassion and dignity. With a total team approach, we combine dedicated administration with an experienced professional staff to offer a variety of services and programs for our residents, ranging for short-term rehabilitation to long-term and dementia — focused care, and end of life care. We are seeking compassionate, hardworking people to join our team of dedicated caregivers.
CNA's are the foundation of the Bay Bluffs care team, key in providing the quality care our residents and community deserve. Experience the difference and become part of a team that is resident — focused with an average CNA to resident ratio of 1:8/9 (both AM and PM), a nurse on every hall (both AM and PM), and support services of resident assistants (both AM and PM), housekeeping, dietary services, and separate restorative, treatment and bath aides.
We are excited for the opportunity to have you join our team! When you join us at Bay Bluffs, you are joining a team ranked Top 2% in the country and #1 in Michigan. Let us show you how we make a difference.
