Job Overview
Speech & Smile is a boutique speech therapy practice in Petoskey, MI, specializing in play-based therapy and personalized care for children and teens. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.

About the Role:

• Provide engaging, play-centered speech therapy sessions primarily with children ages 2–7 (we also serve clients up through age 17).
• Create fun, functional, and individualized therapy plans to support communication growth.
• Collaborate with families to provide education, carryover strategies, and progress updates.
• Work in a supportive, creative environment with a small, passionate team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed and certified (or soon-to-be licensed-certified ) SLP in Michigan.
• Passion for working with children and making therapy sessions interactive and enjoyable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A team-player who enjoys a boutique practice atmosphere where creativity and relationships matter.
