Trout Creek is a year-round condominium association and resort community in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Our property includes 150 condominiums, private homes, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, recreational facilities, and extensive grounds.
We are seeking a dependable, professional, and service-oriented Night Ambassador to help maintain a safe, secure, clean, and welcoming environment for our co-owners and rental guests.

Night Ambassador Position - Now Hiring
Join the Trout Creek team and help provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for owners and guests in our beautiful, year-round resort community.  We are seeking a dependable, service-oriented Night Ambassador to provide evening guest assistance, property security, facility inspections, and light maintenance and cleaning.

What You'll Do

• Patrol the property and help maintain a safe, secure environment.
• Assist owners and guests with after-hours requests, lockouts, and routine maintenance issues.
• Enforce community rules and address noise complaints professionally.
• Inspect and secure buildings, pools, parking areas, and recreational facilities.
• Perform light cleaning, restocking, and evening facility closing duties.
• Report safety concerns, maintenance needs, and incidents to management.

• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Calm, professional approach to complaints and difficult situations.
• Attentive to detail, safety, and property security.
• Able to perform light physical work indoors and outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other times as operational needs require.
• Basic maintenance, troubleshooting, or security experience is a plus.

Previous experience in hospitality, resort operations, property management, security, maintenance, or custodial services is preferred but not required.
Schedule & Benefits

• Evening shift: 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
• Full-time or part-time, year-round employment
• Competitive pay based on experience ($19 - $22 per hour, with benefits)
