We are currently seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our clients and plays a critical part in ensuring our office runs efficiently, professionally, and with a welcoming atmosphere.What You’ll Do- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct incoming calls with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and office communications
- Support internal teams with administrative and coordination tasks
- Maintain organization across front desk operations and shared workflows
- Assist in creating a seamless and positive client experience
