M1 Insurance is Hiring - Licensed Medicare Enrollment Agent

We are seeking a motivated Licensed Medicare Enrollment Agent to assist Medicare-eligible individuals with understanding and enrolling in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug plans.
Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective Medicare beneficiaries in person, by phone, or virtually
• Educate clients on Medicare coverage options
• Conduct needs-based consultations and plan comparisons
• Complete enrollments in accordance with CMS guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and follow compliance requirements
• Build and maintain referral relationships within the community

• Active Michigan Health Insurance License
• AHIP certification (current or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Ability to work independently
• Medicare sales experience preferred but not required
