Executive Director (Non-Profit)-Big Water Creative Arts

Big Water Creative Arts (BWCA) is seeking a part-time Executive Director to help lead a growing nonprofit dedicated to music education, creativity, and community engagement throughout northern Michigan. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will oversee programs, partnerships, fundraising, communications, and organizational operations while helping advance BWCA's mission of "Music for Everyone."

This flexible, year-round hybrid position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys working independently, building community relationships, and making a meaningful impact through the arts. Preferred experience includes nonprofit administration, education, arts programming, fundraising, grant writing, or community engagement.

Position: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
Salary: $20,000–$24,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Hybrid remote; candidates residing in or near Emmet County preferred
