About Us

Elevate Medical Aesthetics and Wellness, founded in 2013, by Marti Goetz, FNP-C, located in Jackson Hole, WY and expanded to northern Michigan in 2021. We are dedicated to offering advanced aesthetic treatments and comprehensive family practice services to Petoskey, Gaylord and surrounding communities.

Range of treatments includes CoolSculpting Elite®, chemical peels, Botox®, Juvederm® and Restylane® dermal fillers, and laser skin resurfacing. Our main focus is assessing each individuals aesethetic presentation and provide facial balancing by treating skin with a ''less is more'' philosophy.
