About Us

InvestMitt is a nonprofit membership cooperative that harnesses investments from community members to preserve or create affordable workforce housing in Emmet and Charlevoix Counties. With help from investors, volunteers, and everyday working people, InvestMitt is a nonprofit organization that aims to make a difference in the very foundation of our local communities. We are neighbors investing in our neighborhoods. InvestMitt exists to support, finance, and collectively acquire real estate and other assets in Northern Michigan to invest in a more prosperous future.
