Venture North provides low-cost loans and no-cost consulting to small business owners in NW Michigan that may not qualify for loans from traditional banks.
We are your neighbors, living and working in northern Michigan’s rural communities, small towns, and shoreline villages.
We have provided low-cost loans to nearly 200 northern Michigan businesses totaling over $11 million, leveraging more than $40 million from commercial lending partners and have assisted in creating or retaining over 1,100 local jobs.Jobs
