Northwest Michigan Works!, a program of Networks Northwest, is seeking a full-time Career Advisor based in Petoskey to help individuals achieve their employment and career goals through career planning, job search assistance, skills assessments, résumé and interview support, career readiness workshops, and connections to training and community resources. The Career Advisor works closely with job seekers, employers, and community partners to help customers overcome barriers to employment and successfully enter or advance in the workforce. Candidates should have strong communication, customer service, and case management skills, with experience in education, human services, workforce development, or a related field preferred. This full-time salaried position starts at $45,000 annually and includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; employer-paid retirement benefits; paid vacation, sick leave, personal time, holidays, a cell phone, and a computer.
