Prepared Foods Assistant Manager

The Prepared Foods Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in the daily operations of the kitchen within the Prepared Foods department. Working closely with the Prepared Foods Manager, and assuming supervisory responsibilities in their absence, this position is responsible for overseeing staff, coordinating daily kitchen tasks, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service. The Prepared Foods Assistant Manager leads by example, actively participating in food production while modeling proper culinary techniques and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
