Child & Family Services of Northwestern Michigan (CFSNWMI) is hiring a Licensing and Recruitment Specialist to build community partnerships that support foster home recruitment and to manage the licensing, supervision, and training of foster family homes. This role works closely with DHHS partners and the agency's Development team to meet annual recruitment goals.

What you'll do:

• Build community partnerships to support foster home recruitment
• Attend partnership meetings and participate in community events
• Collaborate with the Development team on cohesive event advertising
• Screen, assess, license, supervise, and train foster family homes

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related field
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Willingness to work with diverse populations, lifestyles, and cultures

Compensation: $20/hour
