Child & Family Services of Northwestern Michigan (CFSNWMI) is hiring a Youth Services Counselor to provide crisis intervention, individual counseling, and case management to youth ages 12–24 who are homeless, runaways, or at risk of either.

In this role, you'll conduct community outreach, respond to crises, and connect youth with the resources they need — all while partnering with local agencies across the region to identify and serve at-risk young people.

What you'll do:

• Provide crisis intervention and individual counseling to youth ages 12-24
• Manage cases for youth who are homeless, runaway, or at risk
• Conduct community outreach and build referral relationships
• Collaborate with community agencies to identify and serve youth in need

What you'll need:

• Master's degree in a Human Services field, with appropriate licensure or actively working toward licensure
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
