CWIB Luncheon May 22, 2018
Mary Fox is passionate about encouraging girls in their pursuit of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) studies and has presented on this topic at locate, state, and national conferences. Since 2013, Mary has chaired Tech Savvy, an annual program sponsored by the AAUW Gaylord Area Branch. Tech Savvy is designed to inspire girls’ excitement and confidence in STEM, targeting 6th through 9th grade girls in northern Michigan.
Mary’s will discuss the importance of increasing the number of females in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).
