• Director of Finance and Operations

    The Petoskey-Harbor Springs Area Community Foundation is looking for a full-time Director of Finance and Operations. The Director of Finance and Operations (DFO) ensures that accounting and investment activities are carried out according to policies, goals, and objectives established by the Board of Directors. The DFO is responsible for the management and oversight of the Community Foundation’s financial, investment, and administrative functions and systems, as well as supervising department staff. Provides updates to the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and relevant committees on important finance and investment information.

    The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience, plus benefits. The Community Foundation provides generous PTO and paid holidays, long-term/short-term disability insurance, health insurance and cafeteria plan, and a generous retirement plan. Our current staff of six professionals work in a flexible and relaxed work environment.
