You’ll work alongside supportive teammates across our Small Business, Tax, and Audit & Assurance teams, helping clients succeed while continuing to sharpen your own skills.

What You’ll Do

No two days are exactly the same—and that’s part of the fun.

• Deliver higher-level accounting services including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting
• Prepare workpapers and financial statements in line with firm and professional standards
• Support and conduct on-site client audits
• Assist with tax preparation, gaining exposure to more complex returns over time
• Consult with clients and help train them on accounting software
• Contribute to proposals and expanded client services
• Jump into special projects and reports as needed

Note: Occasional overtime is required during busy times—we value balance, but we’re honest about seasonality.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (public accounting preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA license preferred (or working toward it)
• A growth mindset and commitment to professional development
• QuickBooks Advisor certification is a plus
