    Responsibilities:

    • Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently and courteously.
    • Manage phone calls, provide information and support to guests as needed.
    • Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all files and documentation are up to date.
    • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Assist with calendar management for appointments and meetings as required.
    • Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
    • Uphold office protocols and maintain confidentiality of guest information.

    Skills:

    • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files effectively.
    • Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and booking systems.
    • Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and helpful demeanor.
    • Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests over the phone.
    • Ability to provide exceptional customer support while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
