- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently and courteously.
- Manage phone calls, provide information and support to guests as needed.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all files and documentation are up to date.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with calendar management for appointments and meetings as required.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold office protocols and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
Skills:
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files effectively.
- Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and booking systems.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests over the phone.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
